Is this from one of your shots or just in general?
Either way make sure you continue to eat hearty and train right. If you're too tired to train, take 2-3 days off to rest and kick that ish out of your system. Drink tons of water. You'll make up for it.
BTW I'm getting farkin bigger and stronger. This shit is serious bor. Veins in my chest and delts and shit.
