Help

I don't have any weights. I would like to know if I can work biceps, triceps, pectoral, abs and back muscles without weights, and if I can, what should I do to make those muscles stronger. Thanks in advance.

Pullups are the best exercise you could do for the lats and parts of the back, and you will stimulate the biceps and forearms as well.

Pushups and all their variations will target the triceps and the chest.

Abdominals should be trained with bridges and side bridges, as well as full range-of-motion crunches on a balance ball.

I'd throw in bodyweight squats to get down proper form. They're a great exercise, and you should focus on overall aesthetics, rather than just thickening your upper body.

I'm new at this.

Can you give a small descriptions of the pushup variations? Also what are bridges, side bridges and what do you mean by "overall aesthetics"?

How do you perform a bodyweight squat?

Thanks for the help.
