Help!!!

Good afternoon everyone, I have previously done 2cycles of aas at very small amount. my third cycle was sustenon 500mg and boldenone 400mg. I started at 154 lbs.Here goes the problem. for the first 5-6 weeks i ate and trained very well then suddenly i got sick, and i mean really sick and could not train and eat. I have not done a post cycle since i did not have the chance to take it while being seen with doctor. The funny thing is I am now 178 lbs but i have not train and ate properly.

I want to go back to my cycle and it has been now 7-8 weeks that i have used anything.

I would really appreciate for any suggestions
 
154lbs? please tell me youre 4'11", because if you're 154 lbs after 2 cycles you're either a midget or you have serious problems.....
 
the problem is the two cycle were not relly intense just basically suste 250 and deca at 200 mg. then i had to go overseas for couple of months and did not have the chance to train or eat well.

I naturally build quickly but when i stop training i lose it very quickly. I am 5"10 or 5"11 beware that after my 2 cycles i was at 195 lbs.

My question is what suld i do? shuld i get back on my cycle and continue for 12 weeks or shuld i wait a bit longer?
I know that cycle on = cycle off but wul appreciate any comments
 
Thats a ton of juice to be using at 154! I'm 240 or so and I barely touch that amount. That would explain the big swings in lbs. Not to mention eating correctly all along like Landser said.
 
ok guys. let me explain. i trained naturally and reached 200 lbs. then i was involve in a major car accident and went back to 154 lbs. I had to regain my weight back very quickly so i did a small cycle. i was able to maintain the weight as i had naturally build b/4. The bloody problem is i got sick quite a few times due to virus infection and was unable to eat or train. Now back to the question, i have done 6 weeks cycle and got really badly sick, (had a massive flu which didnt want to leave and lost appetite). I am still 180 lbs as i tried to maintrain my calories intake but invain. So shuld i start a cycle again?
 
Why not let your hpta recover fully, youre probably almost there anyway. Then start fresh with a nice 10-12 weeker at the same dosages :)

I wouldn't say DON'T use gear, but yes, definately learn how to eat while on the gear and get as much advice as possible from some of veterans on this site like Quadsweep or Macrophage,or Needsize. You might just need to try different dosages, gear, or cycles.
 
thanks guys for the advice. i plan to work up myself to 195 lbs naturally then start a new cycle. The thing i found out i respond well to sust and boldenone so i plan to do a cycle with similar dosage. Also im now 178lbs so 17 lbs to go.

I had a bad case of viral infection. So i couldnt stop coughing and felt really bloated. so i ahd to stop eating 7 meals a day as i end up vomiting and stop training as i was not able to stop coughing. Even the docs did not know how to stop ity as after 5 weeks of treatment there was no progress but now am much better.
 
since your car accident, you lost all your muscle mass.
which isnt that bad of a thing as muscle has 'memory' and you can gain most of the mass back in 3-6 months if you train hard and eat smart.

after those 3-6 monhts on NATURAL training, you can think about a nice cycle to get you to that 200 mark once again.
