Help!

i have a slight case of gyno.one nipp is a little bigger than the other. The nip itself is bigger the area around the nip is the same on both sides. There is no puffiniess in either one. I ran nolva 20 mgs a day for a month and the puffiness went away but one nip is bigger than the other. there was a knot it the bigger one but it seems to have gotten so small i can't feel it
So here is my question if i am gonna do a cycle that consists of
Testoviron 500 mg a week for 6weeks
Fina 75 mgs a day for 50 days
anavar 100 tabs
primo 200mg per week 6weeks
What procautions should i take i mean everything what aniti e"s should i have so that i want get a bad case of gyno advise needed and please give me info that will help this is very important to me that i don't get bad gyno

should i take bromo to stop the gyno from fina or not. I really don't know much about it and it is hard for me to get

also i will use clomid two weeks after the cycle and stay on proviron and nolva three weeks after the cycle is over
How many mgs of proviron and nolva should i take each day
