Ok, here goes.....

I used to be fairly cut with great muscle mass, I never did any special diets but I did take protein and creatine and worked out on a regular basis. I slacked for about 4 years and gained some serious weight. I am about 250 #'s right now and would like to get down to about 200#'s along with lean muscle mass and nice tone throughout my body. Can any of you help with dieting tips and eating plans with supplements) along with workout ideas to go along with it. I currently have been doing about 45-60 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week with a basic lifting split. THANKYOU!!!!!!

I have a lot basic knowledge of bodybuilding, AS, and supplements, but now I want to get SERIOUS about it!
 
You should have a calorie intake of about BodyMassx10-12. You can try doing a CKD diet, but you have to read these boards and educate youself because it isn't all that easy. You want to keep you carbs and fat low, protein high. a 50/30/20 or a 60/20/20 split would be a nice way to start IMO. Stay away from bread and unhealthy fats. Educate yourself, write a diet, and post it up. That way we can critique it. :) Goodluck.
