Hey guys, I need some help, I am a college football player, currently i am 6'2" 305 pounds, but i would like to get rid of the fat I have hampering me. I have been making huge gains in the weight room with strength lately, as I was out for 1 1/2 with 2 major surgeries(knee and shoulder). My problem is losing the fat that i have accumulated during these down times.What would you guys reccomend for diet and supplements to help me get back down to about the 12-15% body fat range i was in previously as opposed to the 21 i am right now.
