what a mess. you decided to use steroids because of the advice of a bf's friend? more likely he wanted to make some bucks off of you. var isn't going to help you reach your goals any faster than just fixing your lifestyle which is probably really bad.
stick to diet and exercise, you don't need a thing else
also post up a pic of that var.. its probably fake and I would ask that moron for my money back immediately
women have no business messing with anabolics unless they are competing. these are powerful male hormones and if that var is something else you can end up with virilization issues.. enlarged clit, body/face hair, deeper voice, etc.

That shit is bad news, more so for men, but still it can jack your hormones for years. If your losing hair and cant lose fat fairly easily then you have nutritional issue.
Girl, stop the Anavar immediately and RESEARCH! You need to learn how to eat, diet correctly and how Anavar affects females. It sounds like you've done zero research. I'm sorry guys, but most men have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to us women and AAS.
You're a good 30-40lbs overweight, there's no way in hell I'd ever recommend var or any other steroid at this point. Do you realize what steroids do? They don't get you lean, that's for sure. Your calorie deficit is what cuts fat. That Anavar is actually going to make you gain weight unless you're being super meticulous with your diet.
And for the love of god, why finasteride?!?! Anavar can be pretty rough on the hairline, but finasteride and women is a big NO, Nizoral shampoo is safe.

I agree. the guy who gave her gear is a douchebag.. its not even real var anyway.. some 22 year old guy who never busted a nut in his life isn't going to know the difference between dbol and var anyway..
I didn't see the finasteride post.
And we had a long discussion last nite via PM: she is not using any compounds and will be dieting properly. She knows where her hear-rate needs to be to lose weight and she is increasing her cardio. She is going to check in with me with her progress.
