Help, wk 5, major acne break out

Im running 500mg sust pr wk wit 20mg var pr day.


also running about 5mg of aromason daily.

Just as I hit week 5, in a matter of 2 days my face broke out real bad...

Any sups I can run to help me out ?

or What face wash stuff would work the best. Normaly I just use dove soap and never have any issues?

i use adex .25mg eod...that keeps it mostly under control...
you can use oxy benzoyl peroxide wash 10% that stuff works awqesome even with cycstic acne

for an otc approach.. try panoxl. it works really well for me man. in fact when i was 18 my doc suggested it and been using it ever since. even on cycle and no major breakouts. you can get it at walgreens

start doing eod injects for the sus. since ive started this, no acne at all. people will say blood level stability is overrated but in my experience, controlling it keeps acne at bay.

wash with soap then apply benzoyl peroxide 10% 3x per day tanning also helps. if your going to tan do it before your first aplication.

if that doeant work you may want look into acutane

Go easy on the benzoyl peroxide if you can... it's been linked to cancer and premature aging and has been moved from category I (safe) to category III (unknown) by the FDA.

I always suggest ACCUTANE as last ditch efforts. Powerful drug that needs to be used with caution.

Acne is an infection in the pores. They are just like little abscesses, that's white stuff is puss. The infection is cause by your bodies reaction to the bacteria that eats the sebum, basically an oily wax produced by the pores. I have used wintergreen rubbing alcohol with great effect. The alcohol is a solvent and it dissolves the sebum so it can be washed away. The alcohol is also a good antibiotic that kills the bacteria that causes the infections. SO wintergreen rubbing alcohol attacks the problem from two areas. I use it as an after shave and I put it on a back brush in the shower of acne on the back. Works great and doesn't harm your liver like orals acne drugs do. And did I mention it's cheap.

face is back to normal.

using it 3 times a day.

it has .5% salicylic acid as the main med.

Aveeno kicks ass. I had a breakout on shoulders and chest and used some of thier blackhead scrub (5% salicylic acid too). Worked great in combination with 10% Benzoperoxide (clearasil invisible ance cream) -- Give this combo a try.. it works for me!
