Ive been takeing 40mg for the past week and have not seen anything yet for my puffy nipps. How long does it usually take? I also have some clomid would that also help and Im currently off a cycle.

ive read that the first week the dose should be 60mg per day then to taper off as you go. also read that sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt at all, you might jus need to get the surgery.

if u have gyno then i woudln't count on nolva doing much for u, but puffy nips it should work in a few weeks.

it takes several weeks like jubei said. I've had this problem ever since I started using. My first cycle was winny/eq for 12 weeks and now i'm on a cycle with sus350/eq400 for 12 weeks. My nips always get puffy - but the arimidex works really well for it. I run 1mg ed and 20-40 mgs eod of nolva throughout my cycle. Someone mentioned to me last time because I was using progesterin causing aas, that arimidex will work better. But don't worry, as long as there's no hard mass beneath your nips you are okay. Run your nolva about 6 weeks after your cycle instead of the usual 3 weeks. What are you on btw?

any pain to the touch? itchiness? any sensitivity at all?
