Help with Sus + Deca

Hi I would like some help regarding a first cycle
I have been training on and off for years only stopping due to injuries, diet not bad but could be better.

Age 33
Height 6'1
Weight 190

I can get hold of sus,deca and dbol
also i have nolvadex

What would be the best way to cycle these or should i stick to one compound. also any help on post cycle would be helpful.

My goals are to add about 10 pound of muscle while decreasing fat slightly, also the deca sounds good because i play lots of sport.

That's a good first cycle IMO. I would run 500mg/wk sus and 300mg/wk deca. That should blow you up, and if drop a bit of fat off of you. If you train hard and eat huge, I think 10 pounds is the very least you will see.

Cut carbs drastically at the start. Hit the Deca first cuz it takes a couple of weeks to get into your system. Hit the D and the 250 around the 2 and a half week mark. Stay at fairly low doses of eveything but the Deca, and only increase your carbs around the last 2 weeks. This should keep your weight down until you start needing the extra energy and strength.
