M Morrisa5 New member May 29, 2012 #4 I'm 20 years old, I'm 6 ft 3 and weigh 190. I haven't lifted in a while but I'm getting back into it this week. And plan on taking that in a few weeks

You shouldn't even be running basic supplements if you don't even have a consistent workout regiment...
