Hey guys. My first cycle was the following:
2-6: 50mg dbol ED
1-12: 250 test cyp
1-10: 250 tren e
13-16:HCG 1000
13-16:Nolva 60/40/20
I'm 6'1. I started at 215 21% ended my cycle at 233. It's about 3wks after my PCT and I'm at 225 and 20%.
I was training 3x a week, but I had ankle surgery that sidelined me for 4wks.
What do you guys recommend? I'm new to this whole thing and I'm trying to figure it out.
I want to look lean, but I don't want to shrink in size. I would like to stay in the 200, but continue to drop fat and add lean muscle.
