help with powerlifting orgs and finding a meet

I have been doing some research to find a meet. It's not easy, and very confusing. I need to narrow it down. I am looking for an organization that is non-tested (I cycle), allows equipment (including open back shirts (like the titan fury I ordered), wrist wraps, knee wraps, even squat and dead suits), and does 3-lift meets.

Can people name some U.S. powerlifting organizations that satisfies that above criteria. Active in the southern U.S. would be a plus.
