Ok. When you are looking at the pic on your screen, right click wit the mouse and choose to save the picture. Then when the box comes up to save the picture, save it as a .jpg or .jpeg file, then send it to me.

thanks 2thick, im 220lbs at 6 foot and bf i dont know. this was taken the day after my show. My cycle was eq at 200mg and test cyp 200mg for 10 weeks, no eca or thermos i have anxiety real bad and it kept me from taking alot of supp.

thanks everybody, i also took .50mg armidex everyday i have a small lump under left nipple. i have gained nearly 25lbs since the pic was taken last sunday.
