help with pct

need help with pct, I've read as much material as i can find and know this subject is controversial. Has anyone used proviron and clomid personally for pct, and with what results.

I always use clomid...just remeber to taper down so you dont experience a estrogen rebound

I've used clomid numerous times, but haven't tried proviron. I can't really see the need for proviron personally. But, to each their own. Despite what many say, I think clomid has some value.
