what would you choose?

1) 2004 GT MUSTANG CONV.
2) 2004 PONTIAC TRANS AM T-TOPS
3) 2003 CHEVY CORVETTE HARDTOP
 
Vette...

I just looked at one last week...but debating how many New England Winters it will last for..
 
Mustang... NO! :p

but on the other two-- i'd go with the vette. Simply because of it's great reputation and it's style and hardtop. Pretty damn slick as well.

Hold out for the 2005 Stang. Looks like it just might take over the vett in the SBT version. I went and looked at a few factory Saleens today. One had almost 400hp.

I look at it like this. OYu can spend 40k+ ona vett or 30k + 3k for a good intercooled supercharger and you have avbout the same 1/4 mile speed. I had a 93 Cobra 5.0 with a vortec charger and flotech heads and the works. I smoked vetts all day.

Vetts look cool as hell and handle great.

Stay for away from the TA, peice o shit, the WS6 is pretty quick, but will fall apart.

i had a bunch of mustangs too.
but even with a paxton or votech, flomasters, pulleys, heads, cam, rollers, and whatever else, it'll still be hard to compete with the new vette on the quarter mile.

not to mention that your stang will sound like a fuckin beast. i dont like that dragracers noise. the vette sounds beefy and clean stock.

so does the trans am.

I've owned about 9. I had an ugle LX with a police Interceptor package on it. Put 4:10's Richmonds, Vortec, trickflow heads, high duration cam, flowmaster 2 chambers with pull dumps, pulleys, carbon driveshaft, ported and polished intake, koni shox, B&M shifter, chip, I can't remember the 1/4 mile time, but it was fast if it woudl stick.

I had a pretty stock V-6 that ran with it. Ccan you guess what kind of car it was. Hint, year 1986 family car...

but those 90-93 LX highway patrols were the shit.

i love that bodystyle.

the 94-98 didnt do much for me although i owned a few of those too.

the 99-now are the nicest stang since the 69.
 
Yep,

GN's are the shit. Put an adjustable waste gate and some slix and you have one fast sleeper. my buddy is a GN guru. Gets like 30mpg. He tricked his out with an after market turbo and it is fst as hell. I think it migh be the fstes production V-6, they are all balck, I think they made T-Type in white,, they will put you back in the seat
 
those machines were fat too.
never had the chance to drive one though.

i must admit that new 96 vette i had was the fastest and smoothest machine i've ever owned.

it was a yellow on black leather 6 spd.
traction control.

that mothafucka took off!

was totally stock too.
 
Im not down with muscle cars, not my thing, Id rather have style than a redneck mobile, go watch the indy 500 or some shit

What the fuck? Y'all are disappointing. I appear to be the only one to realize that a 2004 Trans Am doesn't exist. Production was ceased on Trans Ams.

If money is no object, I get the Vette for its handling, smoothness, and its got some gitup.
