Hi,
I just purchased this $1400.00 Gateway laptop from Best Buy in August, and it has a 80 gb hard drive, 512 mb of RAM, dvd burner with multi format discs etc.
Well, I have consistently been burning dvds with the help of dvdshrink, but yesterday the disc will only burn half way through,it stops burning and says things like "cyclic redundancy error" and failure to read drive "d" when I tried to use just Nero to burn the said disc, it says things like "Nero is not compatible with this version of windows", what the hell? It was fine just before yesterday.
Please, please someone, anyone I need your help? Btw I don't have a warranty on this thing, and also I have Nero version 6.0 if it matters.
