Help with my first cycle (Tbol)

Hi

Im thinking about starting my first cycle in a couple of weeks. I have decided to run a Tbol only cycle.

Im 21 year old, and I have been lifting weights since I was 16 years old. I havent been lifting serious for all those years, but I have allways followed my program strictly.
I have since last August eaten very healthy and good. My daily food intake was about 3000kcal with 250-300g of protein. I dont have the exactly amount of how much and what I ate, because the program is at my old computer which is broken :/

Some stats:
Wheight: 172lbs
Height: 184cm

In january my wheight was 180, but i cutted i little bit fat the last couple of months.

My goal is to put on some lean muscle, and i want my cycle to last around 4 weeks.

I think i want to take it 3 times a day, with a total of 40mg each day.
I will also take Milk Thistle to help my liver, but how much do i have to take?

Some people say that a PCT is not necessary, but what do you guys think? I rather be safe than sorry!

I will be very greatful if you guys will help me with my first cycle. What do you think about the dosage and the lenght of the cycle?

Which sides can i expect?

PCT is a must. Everyone will tell you that. Well everyone that knows what they are talking about. Try nolva 40, 40, 20, 20 with some unleashed and sustain alpha. Good combo that has worked for me.
 
When should I start the PCT? The day after I take my last Tbol pill? And for how long?

Do I need to get any supplements who helps my test production recover after the cycle?
 
Start your PCT the day after your last pill. Run sustain alpha and myodrol or unleashed to get your natty test levels back up.
 
you probably dont need liver protection bc of it being so mild. Id also jump the dose to 60mg. pct is a must
 
If you are 6 foot and 172 cut, you have about 20lbs left to get to your natural weight. Then hit the gear. At your age and stats, you should do some bulking by raising your caloric intake. 3000 isn't near enough. That's like my maintenance feed. I'd go one more year at least and use your natural test to drive another 15-20lbs onto you. That's just my opinion.

However, tbol is a good start. 40mg a day, split twice is all you need. The half life is long so three a day dosing is not needed.
PCT as recommended above, nolva sustain alpha unleased should be good to go.
Run Liver protection during cycle, something with NAC/ALA/Milk Thistle, and then add more milk thisle post cycle.
And EAT. Get your calories up.
