Help with my diet please

Hello everyone brand new member to EF but not new to the game
Stats 29 year old
190 pounds
12-15% bf
Weight training for 3 years but training (boxing) since I was 8
Few cycles under my belt currently doing test 500 500mg week
Deca 200 500mg week

Was hoping anyone could rip my diet apart and tell me were I'm going wrong. I seem to be building muscle but the scales are staying the same and I think I should be doing better here's my diet

Breakfast - protein shake with milk and oats. P(60g) C(60g) f(16g)
Shredded wheat with semi skimmed milk p(10g) c(37) f(3)
Bacon sandwich p(18) c(22) f(11)
Calories - 840

Lunch - egg mayo on whole grain p(30g) c(60) f(34)
Mixed fruit p(6) c(60) f(3)
Banana p(2) c(28) f(0)
Calories 910

Snack pre workout- carb shake p(10) c(66) f(5)
Energy drink p(0) c(50) f(0)
Calories 420

Dinner post workout- protein shake p(45) c(22) f(8)
8oz fillet steak potatoes and veg p(25) c(33) f(16)
Calories 435

Snacks - shredded wheat with skim milk p(10) c(37) f(3)

If you are trying to get bigger, simply up your cals. Looks like your food choices are fine just eat till you can't eat anymore

Where's your meat? You need to get protein from animal not shakes bulk or cut.
 
Cheers guys i will add another 400 cals and see how that goes and try and do it with some chicken breast and steak. I'll keep u posted thanx
 
Just to keep yous posted I've been adding some extra beef slices into my diet (slow cooking a joint of top side beef 8lb ) and been a bit more conscious of eating extra chicken breast, only adding another 200 cals to my original diet per day but jumped on the scales on Saturday and I've gained 3lbs already thanx for the tips guys!!!
