Help With My Cycle!

OK, I've been on chinese anavar @ 30mg/day for 4 weeks. I just got in 100 more, so I'll be finishing with 50mg/day for another 4 weeks.

When I'm done, I want to do 50mg Winny ED, and 200mg/week Deca (first cycle, deca mainly for joint lubrication).

My question is: how long should I wait after my Anavar cycle to start the Winny/Deca cycle? Or, can I run one cycle after the other with clomid at the end?

If I wait in between cycles, should I run the clomid after the Anavar like this, if at all?:
300mg 1 day
100 1 week
50mg 2 weeks

bro, up the deca to 300/week and throw some test in there at 500/week. run them both for 10 weeks and winny at 50ed for weeks 4-10
