HELP! With My CARB-UP Meal Supplements..

I am thinking about taking the following supplements 30 minutes before my big-carb up meal.. what do you guys think of this supplements stack?

1.5 servings TRAC
5g glutamine peptides
600 mg. ALA
1-2g taurine
500 mg. magnesium
20 mg. vanadyl sulfate
400-800 mg. chromium


30 minutes before carb-meal..

sorry cant help you there,

all I know about supplements is PROTEIN POWDER,CREATINE,ECA and some ALA

but ALA should be beneficial to your carb load since it will put the water to your muscle making you less bloated ,ALA and the Creatine .......especially with the ALA creatine is better absorbed into the muscle.............so you look fuller in the muscles than rather your stomach or something with the ALA ...........i dont know what 20 mg. vanadyl sulfate
does
