Help with medical prescriptions with test E

I was just prescribed hydrocortisone acetate which is a corticosteroid and lidocaine to numb the pain for my hemorrhoids, will this be affect by my test E cycle. I am only doing test at 500mg a week. I am in the middle of my 2nd week.

Well the hydrocortisone is a synthetic form of a corticosteroid, at least what I read. And it's just for inflammation of the hemorrhoids. Can you give me a little more detail as to why?
