Help with Lipo dosage / Guggulbolic

I ordered a few bottles of Lipo because I know they will eventually be unavailable, but I also ordered some Guggulbolic also. Should I take the 2 simultaneously? At what dosage? I will probably be taking lipo 2caps 3x a day... Any advice/ideas? Search didn't turn up very much as far as use, but it did say lipo kicked a$$ and was close to being illegal! I'm glad I got a few bottles first.

use it sparingly at first - NOT 6 a day. see how you are with the sides. i started out with 3x2 and caught a major flu 3 days into it!!!! and i wasnt sick. micro itches and the whole deal and had to stop for a bit before i could get back on. actually im taking DNP now and have less sides!!! but everyone is different.

I suggest using 2x1 for a week and then upping ur dose gradually (3x1-2x2-3x2) plenty of pills in the bottle and u wont get shut down 3 days into it.

Thanks for the info bro! I'll watch the dosage Any ideas on stacking with Guggul?
