The best thing I can do for you is direct you to this link. The way you list what you have, it leaves out some important parameters - without these the best answer anyone can provide is "maybe". No one can make an accurate call and if they say they can, they don't know enough to realize they can't. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showpost.php?p=4776914&postcount=386

Anyway, after you read through that this is a table of contents to my 5x5 thread. The core program as well as a few others listed are specifcally based with squats as the foundation so it might be a good fit or at least worth a read to see how some of this is handled:
Table of contents: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=375215
Check out the Program Description - Dual Factor (just read the Madcow version for now - there is also a Novice version linked just below that)
Also read Glenn Pendlay and Mark Ripptoe's Squat Program (in section II)
You might also want to check out the Smolov squat cycle link (Just below the Pendlay/Ripptoe link) which is quite a bit more advanced than what most people are likely to handle but it's a nice framework for a longer training plan and might be the best program designed to push up the squat, even for advanced and elite lifters.

All of these programs stimulate major increases in LBM and can build legs like tree trunks. Ripptoe routinely gets 30-40lbs on a natural lifter in the first 6 months of training. The 5x5 is about the best program for full body development that I've seen and it never fails to dramatically increase leg mass and strength.

Between all of that, it will give you an idea on how successful squat programs are designed and implemented. You can either use what's there or build something off them yourself.
