Don't worry; I’m not the typical noob asking the same questions again and again hehe. I've actually been here for a while but I lost my old account. I did a CKD about a year ago with ok results.
I just started a new one last Monday.
I am about 5' 9", 18 years old, and weighed around 195 lbs. I am taking xenadrine, and I apply 1 pipette of yohimburn to my chest 2x a day for the weekdays and I take the weekends off. My bf% is pretty high, aorund 20-25%. I am on a 6 day on/ 1 day carb-up routine (Sunday-Friday No carbs/Saturday carbs). I do cardio on an exercise bike 1st thing in the morning for 35 minutes (the machine says this is about 200 calories). I consume 1800 calories, with 72% coming from fats and 27% from proteins.
The first week went fine; I lost the typical 8-10 lbs of water putting me at 186. After the Saturday carb-up I was at 190. Now it's Friday and I am still at 190! I was expecting to be at around 184. I've been in ketosis since Tuesday. What went wrong??
Could I be holding excess water from the yohimburn, making my actual weight not correspond to fat lost? I need to make progress; it's my biggest source of motivation. I don’t think my calories are too low since I have so much fat that my LBM is probably around 150, and 1600 calories (adjusted for cardio) shouldn’t be too low. Somebody please offer some advice. Thanks.
