Help with Joint Pain

WHat can I do for joint pain. My sholders are jacked and just started taking glucosamine. Anything else help?
 
I just heard that taking lots of Omega 3 supps help a lot.
 
Along with Gluc/Cond/ MSM, take this product called cissus (google), 3 or 4 X day. Great for connective tissue.

Then there is always Deca at a low dose. It's like WD-40 for the joints, but in reality it's just additional water and synovial fluid. What ever works, right.

The "Tin Man" would have loved it!
 
I have alot of experience in this area....have both shoulders with impingement and c-spine issues (nice, huh?).. .I've tried alot of stuff out there...

Been taking high potency glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM for years... it's helped *a little*, nothing earth-shattering...problem is, you need a high potency product and you have to take it for 2-3 months to start noticing anything and then continue to take it.

Aflutop injections work fairly well - 21 day treatment

Don't do de-ca for the sake of only relieving joint pain...the pain WILL come back once you're off.

I just recently ordered cissus powder, it's been recommended to me, so am anxious to try it.

As for diet, you should already be taking your omega's and healthy fats, they help with inflammation and joint health. I also throw in an unflavored gelatin packet into my shakes...read a while back that it *could* help with joint/cartilidge.
 
deca works wonders for joints bro. Whenever my joints start to hurt rather I'm on cycle or not I'll inj 200 mg of deca a week for 3 weeks and it reverses. It only takes a small dose of deca to help with the joints
 
everything recommended here is good advise but if the problem is chronic tendonitis I`m afraid only stopping training for at least 3 weeks with some physical therapy and another 3 weeks with low heights (50% max.) can put the joints good as new again ( if this doesn't help only surgery).
I now it`s hard but it`s the only way bro
