I'm using insulin just by itself, to gain some muscle, I have heard to only take it after your workout to reduce the dorage of adipose tissue, but then I've heard if you want to gain muscle you need it twice a day, I'm very confused.
I only take it post-workout with ALA, no AAS yet. ALA makes muscle cells more insulin sensitive so more glucose gets into the muscle cells rather than getting stored in the fat cells.
NO FAT 1 hour before injecting and during the active period of the insulin. The fat in a lean foods, like chicken breast is ok, but not in your post-workout shake.
