Help With IGF-1 Please

Alright I know that there have been a ton of posts on this so please excuse me.

I am getting ready to do a cycle real soon here and was going to throw in some IGF-1 about 4 weeks before it's over and run it 3 weeks after so a total of 7 weeks @ 40mcg a day (2 shots, one in morning and one after my evening work-out).

Now here's the question's.
Is 40mcg going to really do anything for me and is 40mcg a day enough?

How long (from experience's please) should it be run?

Should I maybe just do 60mcg a day and cut it to 4 weeks during end of cycle?

K to all that can help me with this subject as I'm putting my finishing touches on my plan right now.

Personaly im not sure but I know ED is the man to talk to. Very helpful bro
 
First is it receptor or media grade?

If it is receptor - You can run 40mcg for 6 weeks - If it is media I would up it to 60mcg and run it for 4. Either way I would prefer 60mcg for 4 weeks...

I ran 60mcg for 4 weeks during PCT about a year ago and loved it..
 
i just ran 20 up to 30mcg..and i went up 23lbs i started at 213...

I never did that much igf...you need to start out at a lower dose...i a high heart rate then i first started at 20mcg.
 
ive never taking it man, im hoping to in the next 2months or at least by dec, but from what all the posts ive been reading and my own personal research, try to do your 2nd injection before your workout into the muscles your working, from what everyone is saying will give you massive pumps and help with site growth, there was a thread from bout 4days ago, Lfthndpwrhouse posted it if im not mistaking, he knows its stuff, so do most some im sure you wont be told wrong, goodluck i cant wait to start mine..
 
Spot inject your IGF-1 IM in to the muscle group being worked that day. IGF-1 lasts about 20mins in your body. If you inject IM in the the muscle the group the results and pumps are instant!!!!!

If you're using IGF for PCT don't start to use it until 1 week after you've stopped your cycle. Use it for 4 weeks and at 40mcg per day you will acheive great results and should keep most of your gains. Do not run for more than 5 weeks. If you're using for the first time you do not need any more than 40mcg. You do not need to split the dose twice a day, just split the 40mcg into each side of the muscle before, or after, your workout...It's personal choice, I prefer before but others prefer after due to the intensity of the pumps.

So if I'm understanding this correctly I can do 40mcg a day total and split it one in each muscle i'm working that day so like each pec or each bicep at 20mcg each before or after I work out and I should notice some results? Also I should keep it for PCT? Is it ok to run it with Nolva and Clen? Because that is going to be my PCT.

You are correct - Save if for PCT - If you are running that Nolva for 5 weeks (As you should) wait until week 2 and start the IGF. Use a Slin pin and inject 20mcg into each Tri, or Bi, Pec, etc. I preferred POST workout on the muscle just worked.
