Help with first cycle

I am about ready to start my first ever cycle! Can some of you with experience tell me how this sounds?

6-8 weeks?
200mg Deca
250mg Sust

I know it may seem pretty light but I am not looking to get really bloated or anything. Plus, the budget is a little tight. Also, some older people have told me that they started with this dosage rather than the more extreme ones that most people chose today. Also, I am very worried about side effects. I think I may be prone to gyno, so I need to be careful. Can you recommend any brands? Also, at these low dosages, do I need to get any other things to prevent the sides? I really dont want to lose ANY of the gains, thats another reason that I chose a lower dose, so that what I put on I will be able to keep. Will that make Clomid a necessity?

I am 19yrs old, 155lbs, 5'10", dont know exact bf% but I am pretty cut, I have trained hard for several years (bench pressing 255). Basically, I just need to put on a few pounds of muscle and I am aiming to get my bench up into the 300's.

Bro you are really not ready. Clomid is a MUST unless youi want to lose all your gains.

Nolva/Arimidex is also good to have on hand.

Don't start with Deca and Test, bad idea stick to one compound to find out how you react.

Get 12 amps of Sust and do 1 Amp every 5 days for 8weeks (375mg a week), If you can, extend it to 10 weeks.

Start clomid 3weeks after your last shot at 300mg the first day, 100mg ED for 10 days and 50mg ED for 10 days.
 
I have been seriously working out for almost 4 years now. There were a few slow spots but I have worked out several times per week for at least the last year and a half. I have also tried many of the different diets. I am a new member but I have been reading this and other boards for quite some time for the diet and training information. I played AAAAA football throughout HS so I am pretty comfortable around the iron :)
 
BigAndy, I am curious as to why you say to use Sust. when most others say Deca is the better choice to be used alone. Not criticizing you, just trying to get all the facts. Thanks bro!

I can't answer for BigAndy but what if you're real prone to gyno or other side effects and get hit with some from a Sus and Deca stack...which one is causing it? You'll never know.....Stick with the basics....Run a Sus only cycle with some arimidex/ liquidex and you should easily put on 10 solid pounds if your diet and training is in check.....
 
i believe deca is the worst AS to use alone...it can shut your test production all the way down. i think your cycle looks fine...that is the way i would recommend. i did sust alone and didnt gain what i wanted. i did test/deca and had great gains. or you could go the really safe route and just do test...but just deca should not be an option.
