Help with diet

Right now i'm trying the palumbo diet and will be on for a few weeks, but will change after that.

I'm 6 feet tall 205lbs and around 22% BF. I want to get my bodyfat down and then put on lean muscle.

My diet will be
Meal1
3 Omega 3 eggs 1 piece of whole wheat toast with 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter

Meal 2
30g of whey protein

Meal 3
8 oz of red meat with salad and 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Meal 4
Apple and 1/2 cup of almonds

Meal 5
8 oz of chicken with asparugus

Meal 6
8 oz of chicken or salmon with salad and 1 tbsp of olive oil

Meal 7
30g of whey protein

Total 2380 calories, 258g of protein, 63.5g of carbs and 112g of fat.

Also i go and workout right after meal 1.

I'm wondering if it is to much fat in the diet? Maybe I can take out the almonds are replace it with something ese?

Anyways please help me out
