ok i recently startin takin winstrol and i need some help with my diet.i work out everyday doin cardio 5xtimes a week. im 510 192 lbs and only retain fat around my stomach area. im tryin to loose the fat and gain muscle. how many calories a day should i eat? how many grams of fat? charbohydrates? what to stay away from?. i been eatin tons of protien but im not sure of the calories and fat and charbs..please help! (maybe a starter diet of what to eat and when)
