help with diet?

ok i recently startin takin winstrol and i need some help with my diet.i work out everyday doin cardio 5xtimes a week. im 510 192 lbs and only retain fat around my stomach area. im tryin to loose the fat and gain muscle. how many calories a day should i eat? how many grams of fat? charbohydrates? what to stay away from?. i been eatin tons of protien but im not sure of the calories and fat and charbs..please help! (maybe a starter diet of what to eat and when)

You're 192lbs., why are you taking winstrol? especially when you don't have a diet dialed in.

How many years have you been training? past cycle experience?

i been trainin since highschool...y do u guys always gotta critisize...i mean wtf i come here for help and all u guys do is talk shit...i do have a diet...but im trying to get a better one and get help from u "experts" i guess is what u are...but forget it...yeah i guess im newbie at this sshit but u dont gotta be a dick...if ur not gonna answer my questions and help then just dont write anything..i mean seriously..i jsut wanted opinions on how many calories to eat and fat grams and carbs and what not to eat...and maybe a diet from u since u seem to be such a "expert"..but if ur not gonna help then dont even reply..and i got deca too but i guess im just a stupid ass and not takin the right thing huh? so if ur not gonna give me tips on a good diet and what to eat and what not dont even reply..i mean dam

There is no need to give me lip.

The reality here is simple, if you haven't done your research and aren't ready for steroids, you shouldn't take them. They are not a simple aid; if you abuse steroids, they CAN hurt you.

You should have done your research before you took your "winstrol" cycle. Do you have your PCT on hand? nolvadex on hand?

What exactly do you plan to do with the winstrol if you don't have a diet? If you say you have a diet, can you please post all your meals, by time and foods/quantities. I'll be happy to look at it. Along with your full stats and your whole cycle.

I'm sorry, but I am negative towards anyone using steroids as a means to replace a diet. They are not a joke nor a "health" supplement nor a "dieting" aid. Misuse and abuse of steroids by ignorant people is what gives AS the bad media attention and negative PR.

im 20 years old, im wrestler. i been workin out since freshman year..i mainly been using stuff from gnc...age 19 i tore to legements and was out of the game put on a lot fo weight...i started workin out a few weeks ago and started the winstrol bout 6 days ago along with animal stuff from gnc and protien shakes and such i also got deca but havnt used it...my deit manly consist of tuna and water and vegitables and vitamins...i try to keep my cal around 1500 and eat things low in fat...i eat bout 200 grams of protien a day..and everything else im not to sure of..im not sure how many carbs i should get and i get my grams of fat a day around 45..so maybe that will help and u can tell me what i should change, or do, or not do..and no pct yet where can i get nolvadex?
