Help with Diet

I've been trying to add some muscle, but with lacrosse starting up ive been running a mile everyday , about an hour and a half before i go lift. Will this hurt gains and make it hard for me to put on size? I eat well with 2 shakes, 2 cans of tuna, 2 chicken breasts, cottage cheese, peanut butter, oatmeal and other pretty clean foods throughout the day, but will this not matter if im still doing the cardio?
 
Do your cardio after your workout

Hey,
I do my cardio after I lift weights. I find it's beneficial in a couple ways. If I do cardio before I work out...I'm tired for the weight training and I can't lift as much weight. When I do cardio after I workout, my body temperature is already high and has been for 45 minutes therefore I can burn fat right away when I start the cardio...not 10 mins into it.

I'd like to do that but problem is practice is right after school, so i don't have much of a choice, i figured upping calories is only way to gain muscle instead of having the cardio melt it away
