I've been trying to add some muscle, but with lacrosse starting up ive been running a mile everyday , about an hour and a half before i go lift. Will this hurt gains and make it hard for me to put on size? I eat well with 2 shakes, 2 cans of tuna, 2 chicken breasts, cottage cheese, peanut butter, oatmeal and other pretty clean foods throughout the day, but will this not matter if im still doing the cardio?
