how can i make an effictive cycle out of(this is all i can get) BritishDragon Deca 250 10ml, and BD test cyp 200 10ml, and standard pct with nolva, i was thinkin 300mg deca and 200mg test a week, enyone else with a better plan, replies r appriciated.
It's going to be very difficult to gauge 300mg from a 250mg/ml compound. Plus you are going to run out around week 8. IMO I wouldn't run deca for less than 10 weeks, preferably 12 weeks.
I would just keep it simple. 200mg/wk of test and 250mg/wk of deca for 10 weeks.
It's a light cycle, but as long as you are dedicated enough you should see nice gains, especially if you are still new to the juice game.
