I am mid-twenties .. I am 5'9" tall and weigh 175..@8% bodyfat.. I've been lifting since I was 15.. I've never did any kind of cycle before.. I can bench @365 and squat @470 .. but I have never looked like much other than just thicker than your average joe.. I would like to get up to @200lbs and cut.. I have got 20 amps of sus250 currently.. what else should I add to acheive my goals and how should my cycle go...what should my caloric intake be.. I really want to do this right & safe! Any info. you can offer me will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
