help with cycle. new to steroids

goal: my goal is to pack on maybe 15 pounds of muscle maybe a little more but stay cut and dramatically increase my strength. i have never used steroids and i dont know where ot begin. if you could help me make a good stack that would be great

About me: im 22 yrs old from dekalb illinois. i have been lifting for eight years now. all natural nothing but proteain and good eating. but ive hit a plateau. ready to advance my body.
 
Do some research Bro! seems like you got alot to learn before you even think of doing a cycle. IMO you get better help if you come up with a cycle on your own and then ask the good bros to critique it.

well im 22 yrs old 6 foot 190 pounds. bench 330 squat around 500. i usually eat great but do to my current deployment, eat what i can when i can. i workout 6 days a week. 1 day break. do lots of cardio. run 4-5 miles daily. ive researched for a while and know i want to do sust and deca. sust for 500mg a week and deca for 300-400 mg a week. what would u suggest?
 
Deca! And you wanna stay lean? Have you tried switching your routine? Maybe not running as much would help for a bit. Could it be that you are maybe over training?
 
i have tried switching my routine. and no help i cut down my running and that did nothing but hurt me cause then my cardio decreased. and i do splits 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off so i dont think im over training i feel great. and well i want to get 15 pouind and i know deca will help with that do you think theres a way to do it while staying lean?
 
Gonna be kinda hard to use schedule III drugs while deployed in the military, no?

Your diet will determine how lean you'll end up
Do you know about pct? You will need an AI also.
If ur deployed then u don't have a problem with having low libido for a while as recovery from deca tend to be a bit longer than simple cycles
 
yes i know about pcti was going to use arimidex. and whats a AI?

Yup you need to do ur self a favor and research more..
Ai ( aromatase inhibitor) it helps control estrogen related sides , bloating ...
Arimidex is an Ai and is not enough for a pct it.....
 
ok i didnt know that now i do thanks. and for estrogen could i just take deca and winstrol. cause winstrol helps with the estrogen problem

You ARE overtraining...

Your PCT is terrible and not nearly enough...

If you don't know what AI is you need not be cycling...

Stop haphazzardly throwing compounds together...

I understand being deployed hinders your diet, so you're best bet would be to improve your diet, learn about AAS, and cycle when the time is right...

Bro...you are completely out of control and way, way off target. First off steroids are not the first an only option. Second off, you seems to be quite unaware and need to gain information.

In your case I would recommend some natural supplements to help with fitness, mass gain and strength development. I am now a huge propent of powerchews and they have glutamine, bcaa's and creatine. All would help you with you goals.

Besides that there are natural test booster such as phytoserms, HCGenerate, Brdige and a million other things from eddtobuilmuscle.com, mrsupps.com and Orbit Nutrition.

If nothing esle try Epi Strong for lean dry gains and minimal sides. You need to know what proper pct is and arimidex aint it.
