Help with cycle 2

Hey,
ok i did a oral cycle of dbol and clomid for pct. i didn't like the clomid cos it gave me tracers so i am looking into nov. i got decent gains on the dbol but i lost almost all after a couple months. so now i am getting serious about doing this right. i am 27 years old. 6ft tall 210pounds. i want to be about 230 and keep my gains. i am around 18% body fat but am working hard to reduce it before i start on the juice. this is my proposed cycle. take a look and let me know. i am hesitant to stack all of these cuase i don't know how i will react to them. is this too much for me?

sust 250 X 1amp for 10 weeks
dbol X 6-8 5mg tabs daily for 1st four weeks
deca X 1amp for 5weeks then X 2amps for 5 weeks
winstrol X 2amp for last 5 weeks
hcg 1 amp for last two weeks
novadex 10mg everyday

please let me know if this is overkill or if i could lose some gear that won't be effective.

i was thinking of just doing sust250 and dbol to see how i react to the sust250. i also posted a thread to find out if my sust250 was legit. take a look and let me know. its on the conterfeit thread. glass vial w/green writing. won't sctratch off has organaon logo and NILE co nad batch number 95034 exp 03/09

500mg test 2 shouts a week 10 weeks thats a good first cycle.
