Help with cutting cycle

Have been lifting for many years and have done 6-8 cycles, cant remember how many for sure. Have used test e, test prop, dbol, tren ace, deca, sus.

In the past I have only really been concerned with putting on mass and being strong as hell, but now things have changed. I am looking to lose, in the long run, a significant amount of weight, and maintain at a low bf. I know my body well and how it reacts to dieting, so that is in check, and I also know this is not an overnight fix so for those who may get that impression, please do not.

Bodyfat right now is around 15 probably, and am looking for something to help keep muslce while I really up the cardio and diet hard. I was thinking of trying a cycle without test, and definitely not tren anymore, ive done enough of that. Anyone with experience with cycles that I am describing without using test would be appreciated, but if not Im sure Id end up doing it again.
 
no such thing as a cutter...if your diet is in check that is cutting bro....no carbs late....like after 5...eat brown rice if you need some carbs...egg whites, chicken breast, and steak thats your diet man
 
For whatever reason, I always feel good when using var on cutting ventures.
It seems to help keep some strength when calories are lowered.
Other than that though, it is all diet dependant.
 
Go for a var and clen cycle, im on it now and im shreding fat off while keeping all my muslce and even adding some at a low cal diet.
do at least 8 weeks of var anywhere from 40mg to 60mg a day and clen for 6 weeks, var is a GREAT choice for cutting if you can afford it or have a good source.
Remeber when you diet at a low cal and go hard you will lose some muslce, but if you go with this nice and simple cycle you will maintain well and will love the resalts.

-30 min cardio 5 to 6 days a week
-6 well portioned meals a day "CLEAN DIET"
-drink alot of water
-no carbs after 5pm
-weight traing 5 days a week
-stay active all day long
-go for walks after dinner and avoid watching tv
-MUST be in mental state of mind 100%
-if you fall, get up and keep going


This is my plan of attack always and it works great for me give it a try.
 
I was considering the var/clen route and seeing how that went. Whats the longest anyone has ran var, and how was the recovery, I know bruce has a lot of info on this and would appreciate anymore help
 
looks like i missed maks diet, anyone care to post? i'm starting tren/test/win cutter soon and would be very interested.
