Help with Cut Cycle

I've always done bulk cycles in the past, primarily dbol/test/deca or eq and had good results. I'm 33ys old 6' with 12 cycles under my belt. I came off my last cycle in December at 237# 15% bf. I wasn't happy with my bf so I started cardio and changed workouts to focus on cutting up and now down to 208 9-10%bf. I want to put on a little size but stay in the 215 range and looking to build a cycle. I know cutting is really based on clean food intake but I'm looking for ideas on a good cut cycle. In the past I have done anywhere from a gram of test a week to 1200 mg in last cycle with prop and enthanate and I really want to keep my dosages lower if possible. Thanks in advance for your advice.

100mg of test prop, with 40mg of anavar would be really nice. You could run that 10 weeks with nice results, as llong as every thing else is tuned in.

Another option, which transformed me last year was 100mg prop/75mg tren ED for 8 weeks. That was awsome.
 
To get really cut you need to do cardio first thing in the mornin on an empty stomach prior to 10-12 hrs after your last meal this really dips into fat stores/i have found that thermorexin keeps the metabolism revved up hrs after doing cardio another plus!

Thanks for the advice guys. I definetly thought prop was the test of choice since I gain very little water when on, and the var makes good sense too. It's probably just me but I get greasy on tren and night sweats bad too. I've been hitting weights in the am and then cardio for 30 minutes 3-5 nights per week but need something to get to the next level....

Sometimes people forget the 2 most important things about cuts. #1=Cardio #2=Diet
