Ok, I'm starting to get a little discouraged here. I have been
doing a crum modified diet for several weeks now. I have hit
a brick wall! I would think by now, my pants would feel a little
less tighter around the waist. I am thinking I have hit a wall
because of leptin levels. It is possible that since I have cut out
a refeed day, that my leptin levels have dropped to the point
of stalling my metabolism??? The ONLY things I have changed
on the diet have been eating more natural peanut butter and
eating a little less beef. I am still accounting for all the fat in
the peanut butter in my daily limit though. Thanks
