Help With Blood Test Results

I'd like to hear about the natural methods of increasing my test level. As stated earlier, I noticed a dramatic difference when returning to regular workouts. Libido was always there but endurance was lacking for prolonged encounters. That's much better now, but not where I'd like it to be. Also would like to get away from a lot of the listlessness and feelings of apathy that seem to creep in all too often these days. Bumping up the test levels would be great and I'm all ears for anyone that has some suggestions for me.
