Help With Avatar

I cant seem to load a pic in the avatar section that fits. Every time I load a pic it says file is too large. I dont have any pics on my hard drive that work.


How do I find or get avatars that fit?

Lol, the pic I want in my avatar is not work safe I guess you can say. Everything I do on this PC is recorded, so if I open a "dirty pic" I might get in trouble. I appreciate your help I do, but dont want to jepordize my job.
