Help with a cutting cycle

Hi everyone.
I'm a no0b to AAS but I've been working out for about four years.
As it is I'm considering gearing up during my diet to reduce my muscleloss.
This is what I've been thinking about: (8 weeks)
- ED 3x20mg Ephedra stacked with Caffine and Aspirine.
- ED 1x10mg Dbol in the morning.

What do you think?
I don't like the thought of using a lot of extra drugs to counter the sideeffects so I want to keep it safe.
Nolvadex only if I experience bt's.

10mg dbol a day isnt much.
i'd say that you're def a conservative but double that dosage and you're cool to go.

dont forget that 17aa orals should not be taken longer than 4-6 weeks as they are liver toxic.

i would do this cycle instead:

250mg sustanon a week
15-20mg dbol a day (for the first 2-3 weeks, and last 2-3 weeks)
efedrine 50mg a day
clen 120mcg a day

alternate 2 weeks clen/2 weeks efedrine.

eat clean, pump hard and you should burn quite a bit of muscle while losing fat.
 
OK, my stats. (I'm European)
Length: 182cm (6'0")
Weight: 103kg (227lbs)

Upper arm: 42cm
Thigh: 69cm
Chest: 107cm
Waist: 104cm (yeah, I know... I'm a fat pig)

I work out with a 4-split at a 2-1-2 rotating schedule.
I base all my training on heavy basic exercises like Squat, Deadlift, Benchpress and so on.

Today I eat about 4300kCal on a regular day.

I will start off with securing my nutritional intake at 4000kCal/day and a morning walk (60min) 5 days/week. When I hit my first platea I will drop to 3500kCal/day and keep lowering as I hit new plateaus. I might try some HIIT but only if nothing else works.

Deadlift: 4x145kg
Squat: 4x145kg
At the moment i don't do Bench but du dumbellpresses instead at 5x40kg dumbells.

I chose 10mg ED Dbol in the morning so as to boost "natural" testo and still being able to regenerate almost all endogenous test.production untill the next day.

Doing exogenous test will lower endogenous test and force me to go off on Clomid.
