Ive been doing DC, and loved it...but also liked 5x5, and to keep things fun am going back to it for a while. Also though, I like DC because I can hit the same muscle group 2x a week and still recover, is there any possible way that any of you think i could do this with 5x5? All I can think of is, is to lower the volume down a litlte bit maybe like 3x5 with one accessory, and do more than 1 body part per day....but im sure lots of you think this will still be too much volume, any thoughts?
