Help with 1st Cycle

Sup Guys!

I'm 22, 170 pds, 6' tall, around 13% bf, and looking to do a cycle to assist with my goals.

I have been working out for around 2 years doing bodyweight exercises, but got into the gym around last year.

I have been eating practically the same foods since I started a diet when going to the gym, which consisted of things like:

Eggs
Oats
Cottage Cheese
Hamburger
Chicken
Tuna
Beans
Rice
Peanuts

I am taking in around 2000-2100 calories, and training about 3 times a week. Cals around:

500- Fat
800- Carbs
700-800 Protein

Some things I have considered for a cycle would be things like Osta-Sarms, and Clen to help get below 10%.

My main fitness goal is to be built with average proportions below 10% bf, with muscle to make up for the size of the lost fat, and visible abs.

I know it would be possible to attain this naturally, but I think assistance with anabolics would help a lot.

I am really looking for muscle hardness as well, because I seem to have softer than average muscles no matter how I do my workouts.

I am pretty much set on undertaking this, but would like some advice on what would be a good cycle for attaining my goals fastest and most efficiently.

At 6' 170lbs I would be more focusing more on mass right now. In which case you'll need to make the proper adjustments to yor diet and training. But if you plan on cutting you should just do it naturally imo

Could you recommend what I might take to assist in my goals as far as cycling goes? I was planning on upping my calories during that time as well. Assuming I have a time sensitive job that requires me to make sure I'm in great shape, I would need assistance with a cycle, even if in lower dosages.

for bulking? I would recommend something basic like test e with and oral to kickstart, here ya go

Dbol 30mg/ed weeks 1-4
N2guard 7 caps ed weeks 1-4
test E 250mg 2x a week weeks 1-12
Proviron 50mg ed weeks 5-12

HCG 250iu's 2x a week weeks 3-12

PCT 4 weeks
clomid 25mg ed
phsytoserms-347 or hcgenerate
uleashed/post cycle combo

Or if you're looking for a short and sweet oral cycle you could run a beastdrol cycle if they're still selling it at orbit or mrsupps. idk if it's still on the shelves though

Did you say you just got into the gym last year? If so you need another good 2-3 years of hard core, smart training...

That sounds good what gymjunkie said for a first cycle and pct perfect. If your committed set on doing a cycle then thats what you should do what gymjunkie said. Id say eat more especially on cycle and youll be good.

however, moreso this kind of advice...

in all honesty, your diet is all wrong... you can say you are going to eat more on cycle, good for you, as you will gain probably exactly the same as you would if you just upped your diet and trained natually...
if you come off and dont eat even better, you WILL lose everything...
easy come, easy go... you need to learn to eat and get stronger lifting heavy weight... the muscle gained through drugs alone is easily lost...
your choice of food is not bad, but the ammount of calories is moreso somthing in the line of what a woman would need to cut on...
you dont need to lower calories, you need to build muscle, which in turn will lower your bf%, and will increase your metabolic rate...
i am 5'5 155 7.5-8% and am cutting on 3500 calories...
50/30/20 is a good ratio of protein, fat and carbs...
dont be affraid to eat more, if you are working hard and eating clean you will do fine... save your first cycle so you can make gains above what you could achieve naturally in almost the same ammount of time... and be able to keep your gains...
