Female Circumcision is a practice carried out initially by the Mungumbu tribe of the eastern penninsula. The ritual would be carried out by the highest ranking of the tribe whereby they would select the ugliest of all female siblings and take her to the highest mountain of the region. Once at the top of the mountain, they would tie the young, ugly girl to the "Ugly Post" to restrain her. Crying and fightened, the young girl would then be subject to ridicule by the elders for being so ugly. To finalise the ritual, all of the elders would run full force at the ugly girl and kick her cunt in, thereby rendering her vagina useless. The purpose of female circumcision is to iradicate all ugly women from the tribe and leave only the beautiful ones for the men fornicate with.

This is a very worthwhile practice and has irradicated over 6 million ugly women from ever roaming the earth.

No. But sometimes the OB/GYN staff put a LOT of pressure on parents who choose to let their little boys remain whole.

On the other hand, I was left intact without my parents' consent. All my male relatives are cut, and I was scheduled for the knife when I was born, but some scheduling conflict messed things up, I went home whole, and nothing was ever done about it. And for that I am eternally grateful.

That was 47 years ago.

Smegma is not an issue unless you have serious hygiene problems. It's certainly a lot easier to keep it clean than it is to keep a woman's bits clean, but only barbarians would consider cutting them up for that.

Female Circumcision has lots of levels, sometimes a piece of the clit is clipped, sometimes all of it, sometimes all of it and then the vagina is sewed shut (YES!) and only her husband can cut it open

its a very strong tradition in some cultures and is usually performed by other women of the family, usually the elders.
