help Weird blood pressure (high sys, low dia)

New member
so ive been feeling very shitty recently and my gym sessions i keep having to cut really short or i get dizzy so decided to check my bp with a home cuff
i should be honest and say ive been on high dose AAS for 10 month straight.

just checked by bp 4 times, rested and here are results:
131/44 with 86 rate

138/45 with 84 rate

134/56 with 90 rate

156/60 with 90 rate (this one maybe cos i start to panic about things.. feeling anxious at results atm)

after doing some googling, the difference between systolic and diatolic is called your pulse pressure, and 50 is about average, so going by my readings, mine seems to be about 90.

im a little scared . advice thoughts? thanks

If the diastolic pressure is too low (known as hypotension or low blood pressure), the blood is not able to bring oxygen and nutrients to all the body's cells and remove waste matter. That is why you desk bad. I would take Steve's advice and start PCT before you spend the rest of your life trying to get back to normal.

That last reading was definitely because you started to panic it's called "white coat syndrome." Anyway take the advice of stevesmi and begin PCT right away. I am not sure why you thought 10 months straight on high dosed AAS would be a good idea but it's time to come off now and go see your doctor. Don't panic though everything will be alright just be easy.

Also what is a "high dose" and what compounds have you been using for that long?

good question, was afraid to even ask ... this is the sort of thing that makes all juicers look like irresponsible meatheads.

and the OP even admitted it wasn't a good thing to do so you wonder why he did it.

Widening pulse pressures are usually do to:
Atherosclerosis
Chronic aortic regurgitation
Thyrotoxicosis
Fever
Anaemia
Pregnancy
Anxiety
Patent ductus arteriosus
Heart block
Aortic dissection
Endocarditis
Raised intracranial pressure

That said of these, I would think the greatest possibility would be arteriosclerosis, which is coronary heart disease. How old are you? What compounds are you taking? Are you on or have you ever taken hgh? Are you feeling sick or having a fever?

no i am 23.
well at beginning of year i did 2 months anadrol 150, then jumped onto pheraplex 60mg for 2 months then m1t for a while, and past 4 months ive been on m1t+trenadrol+m1,4add, with last 2 weeks a little superdrol in there too
yesterday i stopped the superdrol and m1t, so currently only on m14,add and trenadrol (90mg and 100mg respectively)

tested just now and its 132 over 54.. hm,, hoping it will get better now ive dropped the m1t, will check in a week i guess

Ya if your heart doesnt blow up first. Holy crap that is a lot of diff compounds with decernable cycle or regimine. Doing it like that you have no clue what is effing you up. I would stop everything immediatly. IMHO.

<<< remember this thread you made last spring? http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/a...good-how-should-i-change-my-stack-729281.html

remember this one from 2 years ago?

remember the advice you were given? remember how you have ignored the advice and now are gonna be made another statistic?

you not only are dangering yourself but you are gonna give steroids yet another black eye in the process which hurts every responsible juicer out there.

thats all I will say on this.

Those BP numbers are pretty unusual and definitely not healthy. Go see a doc ASAP.

we have been telling this guy that for the past 2 years.. he doesn't listen.. read his prior threads he made before.

either this dude is trolling or he has a major addiction to steroids. if he hasn't woken up after 2 years then i don't see this ending well at all.

i remember this guy too and i very active in both his threads, it upsets me that he did not listen to the advice of so many vets back then and continued being reckless.

I will say it proves how resilient the body is cause this guy should already be dead by now. his body sure is doing its best to tell him to stop what he is doing but he isn't listening to it. a common mistake young guys make. also he has been a member for 2 years on EF and still is clueless which tells me he has failed to do any homework at all and hasn't learned anything

So you've been on orals for 10 months? You're an idiot, and after reading the other threads, I hope you have learned your lesson. Are you even competing? I've been on everything under the sun, and I'm on a lot of shit right now compared to most, and when I read what you wrote my jaw dropped. You are probably in renal failure with severe liver problems. Your BP is the least of your worries, just go check yourself into the er, then to a psych facility!

youre right steve.. i have a very addictive personality, should never have started roids. but ..
so i want to move to a really low dose cruising dose that will allow any damage to recover..

ok so i really do want to be healthy, but i have to be on something,
i have a feeling my original decision of just dropping m1t is not enough.. im still on reasonably high dosing (90mg m14,add and 100mg tren PH)...
so, ive decided shall i just run 1 pill per day, of one of these compounds
i dont know which is less toxic so maybe
monday: 1 pill trenadrol
tuesday 1 pill m14add
etc, would this allow any damage ive done to recover, while still maintaining majority of gains, in your opinions?

thanks

This has to be some kind of joke right?

Here's my theory on the blood pressure results. Hardened arteries have no compliance. When the heart pumps, healthy arteries are elastic and stretch at the increased pressure. When the heart relaxes the arterial stretching reverses, holding the diastolic pressure high enough to allow filling of the heart. Your arteries are so brittle they have no compliance and when the heart rests between beats the pressure drops too low due to lack of compliance.
This low diastolic pressure causes inadequate filling of the heart. So each beat is pumping less blood than it should. The high systolic pressure means even less blood is circulating for each pump.
Your body can barely provide adequate blood flow to keep you alive. You may also have a weak heart muscle and valve damage causing backflow. Both could also cause low diastolic pressure.
Your increased heart rate is a sign that your heart is trying to make up for poor filling and weak contraction by pumping more frequently.

The fact that your solution is to cut back on roids is laughable. Give yourself over to someone who can help. A doctor. You obviously can't make the right decision on your own.

thanks for your reply, it makes sense and is scarey
think i may just go see a doctor tomorrow.. last time i went was after advice from 1 of those threads stevesmi pointed out i had made, and doctor was really unhelpful.. ill try see a different one
jeez i guess i have to come off totally.. ive read all steroids especially the orals wreak havoc on lipids.. and i will also stop training i guess til i know whats up... jeez, im gonna waste away, not looking forward to this at all.

You're not listening, get off everything. Do a full hardcore pct and you should keep a majority of your gains...

Yeah... get everything for a pct and start it now.. you ran orals for that long... probably with no support?! Come on.
