HELP w/ my first cycle?

HELP w/ 1st cycle

I am looking to do my first cycle ever. I have some ideas but here is some of my info:

21 years old
5’10” 180lbs 8.0-.5 %bf
All Natural until this
Damn near perfect diet. However diet is not a problem, I can do whatever! (Tips there also would be appreciated)

15.5-16” Biceps – Looking to get to around 19-20” (Not expecting those gains on 1st cyc)
28” Thighs – Looking to get to around 34-36” (“)

I am looking at doing a 10-week cycle of Test Eth and EQ (Denkall or QV?). I would like to make gains that place me around 200 lbs and 5% bf! I am used to and already love working my cock off in the gym. So I am kinda nervous about the rage I might have but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Rage isn't really an issue. You just let your gains go to your head and have a big ego. Which in turn I guess can cause rage.

Go with QV Test at 500mg
and Eq the same.
Clomid at the end

Good newbie cycle.

If you don't mind injections do a search on FINA!!!
 
test 500mgs wks 1-10 eq 400 mgs wks 1-10 goodluck and remember clomid and some nols or better yet ldex. this is your first u should get great gains with a good diet and good training with rest - peace out - pimp daddyX - byw, nevermid the guy who recommended fina,not a good choice for a first cycle
 
Thnx for the help so far.

My idea was to run 450mg/week of test and eq w/ clomid post cycle.

Diet is 380g p 400g carbs (yams/br. rice/ fruit/ brocolli) and 60g fat. Taking 85% in the first 8hrs of my day and none the last four hours!

Doing drop sets 10-8-8-6-4 on Major/Minor bp!

IMO I have good w/o's but I would like as much info on EVERYTHING to make sure I get the best gains and keep as much as possible.

You've obviously done your research, so just keep asking questions. You'll get flammed sometimes for them if they're repetitive, but you're learning, and no matter what these guys say, they too started out as a newbie. Good luck bro and happy growing.

Above I posted I had been training since I was 18. I ment other than high school football. If you include that I started lifting when I was 15. Anymore adivice, want as much as possible.

Your cycle choices and dosage look about right. I wouldn't go the last four hours of the day without calories, especially protein. You can cut out carbs the last four hours of the night. But if you don't eat at all the last 4 hrs before bed that would be about 12 hours (1/2 the day) without protein before you wake up. That will limit gains.
 
TRUST ME, if you have never juiced, you do not need that much. You can easily gain 20lbs on 200mg of test a week on your first cycle, adding eq and more test is just overkill, save something for later if you want to get to those stats. I would say your gains will be within 5lbs. with just 200mg vs. what these guys are proposing. I say do the 200mg, stay off 2 months and run the cycles above. That will result in much better gains over the long haul and you will still have lots of cycles to look forward to. Make sure your diet is great, you will still prob gain a little fat, but not much if you eat right. Make sure you have nolva and run some liquidex if you are worried about water retension and other estro sides. Trust me on this one i have seen it many times.-WULF
 
My final idea is to run

1-10: 250 mg Tes Enth/ week
1-10: 250 mg EQ /week
5-10 nolvadex 10mg eod

Clomid Post Cycle. The diet above is what I will be sticking too pretty strictly.. I am thinking I can add 20 lbs of muscle and cut my bf down to 5%. I will be doing 5x5 on my work outs w/ 30-45 mins cardio 4-5 days aweek.

I am getting this this weekend. Any more ideas and tips fast would be awesome.

I definatly agree that your cycle is to much

a good newbie cycle is 500mg of test wk 1-8
and dbol wk 1-4 at 25mgs/ed

good luck with whatever you do,and dont forget the clomids at the end and nolva just in case
