Whats a good supp. thats got enough in it and what about dextrose, is cyto gainer any good ? thanx in advance
 
If you are looking to gain, you may look into Mass Maker by Beverly. Tailor it to your calorie needs. Top quality protein, great carbs(lots of malto).

If you choose to do your own, just get some whey isolate, a bag of dextrose, and make it again according to your needs per workout.
 
Twinlab Ultrafuel is good too, and cheap, dextrose and malto

Yeah, I always liked Ultra Fuel....thought it to be a great combination. I haven't seen it in quite a while? Does Twinlab still make it?

Best thing to do is make your own or just add maltodextrin or dextrose to existing powders you already like. Both maltodextrin and dextrose are less than 3 dollars a pound. Use dextrose if you want to increase sweetness; use maltodextrin if you want to add carbs without sweetness.

I used it contest dieting. You can tailor it to your needs, kind of like a MRP, by how many scoops you use.

I would use for instance 2 scoops of it and one scoop whey added toward the end for a higher protein intake post workout.

Then have my next scheduled meal, so I used it as just that, a "meal replacent", though pwo.
