I give it a double thumbs up. I love it, it is a god send for me cause I'm sensitive to breaking out.
I'm on test right now and just using 1.5grms (1500mg) B5 per day, just for maintainance to help keep everything under control.
If you use it post cycle to help lessen the severity of the postcycle flare-up, then I would recommend using up to 5grms per day for a week or two, or until you notice an improvement, then drop down to a lower dose that will continue to offer improvement.
I just find a good brand around town that is cheap.
