So now I'm off for a couple of months...gained about 10 lbs and dropped almost 5% bf on last cycle...overall very happy with strength gains. So now I'm working on my next cycle...goals are to gain as much mass and strength as possible and maybe drop another % or two.

AIFM as needed
PCT as usual...
